Scholarship Description: The Wireless Communication and Networking Lab (WHYNET LAB), Chosun University, Gwangju, is seeking for skillful, hard working and highly motivated candidates with good academic credentials to join our dynamic international team as PhD/MS students within the area of next-generation communications and networking technologies. The MS/PhD positions are targeted at the following topics:
- Access control and resource allocation schemes in wireless communications systems
- Low power communication protocols for body area sensor networks
- Radio Frequency Identification Systems
- Packet based network synchronization techniques.
What does it cover? Expected benefits for the successful candidates
- Support all kinds of registration fees (admission fee + tuition fee) except a non-refundable application fee of 100,000 KRW
- Support living cost of 650,000 KRW per month for MS and 1,000,000 KRW per month for PhD for the entire course duration
- Incentive will be provided for all research accomplishments with outstanding publications.
