- A stamped application to the Minister of Higher Education , bearing an address and a telephone number to contact you if necessary ;
- A certificate of nationality;
- A copy of a birth certificate dated less than 3 months ;
- Photos 4 x 4 recent;
- A medicalcertificate;
- A curriculum vitae ;
- A certified copy of GCE A/L transcript and copy ;
- A certified copy of GCE O/L transcript and copy;
- Transcripts of classes :
- Form V
- Lower Sixth
- Upper Sixth
Post Graduatelevel
- A stamped application to the Minister of Higher Education , bearing an address and a telephone number where we can reach you if necessary;
- Acertificate of nationality;
- A copy of a birth certificate dated less than 3 months;
- Photos 4 x 4 recent;
- Amedicalcertificate;
- A curriculum vitae ;
- Acertified copy of GCE A/L transcript and copy
- Certified copies of university transcripts and certificates covering all the years ;
- A copy of the detailed plan and specific studies or research that the candidate intends to take ;
- Two letters of recommendation from your university professors.
