The Landsec UG Scholarship aims to support Home fee undergraduate students from Black, Asian or minority ethnic backgrounds and/or female students with a course offer for the Real Estate BSc course.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Home fee undergraduate student from a Black, Asian or minority ethnic background and/or female
- Hold an offer for the full-time Real Estate BSc course starting in September 2024 at the University of Westminster
- Be the first in your family to go to university
- Have a household income of £25,000 or below as assessed by the Student Loans Company (SLC)
- Must have applied for the maximum student support available from the Student Loans Company
Key Benefits
- Receive £10,000 in each eligible year of study for a maximum of three years
- Get £5000 paid into your nominated bank account in October and £5000 in January each academic year (subject to progression)
