The University of Westminster is proud to announce a funded scholarship opportunity through its Landsec Futures programme, supporting underrepresented groups in higher education. One scholarship is available for a Home Fee Master’s student from a Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic background and/or female with a course offer for the Real Estate Development MSc course at the University of Westminster.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be a Home student for fee purposes and have an offer from the University of Westminster for a place on the full-time or part-time Real Estate Development MSc course starting in September 2024
  • Be from a Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic background and/or female student
  • Have a minimum 2.2 Honours Degree
  • Be the first in your family to go to University
  • Have a household income of less than £25,000 per annum

Key Benefits

The successful applicant will receive:

  • A total of £10,000 – £5000 paid into their nominated bank account in October and £5000 in January
  • Full tuition coverage for the Real Estate Development MSc course at the University of Westminster
