The Ministry of Higher Education of Cameroon has issued an official decision organizing the competitive entrance examination for the first year of the engineering program at the National Advanced School of Maritime and Ocean Science and Technology (ENSTMO), University of Ebolowa, for the 2025/2026 academic year. This examination aims to recruit 400 students across two distinct fields of study.

Examination Schedule
The written tests will take place on September 28, 2025, and include:
- For MOST: Mathematics (08:00–11:00, coefficient 3) and Physics (12:00–15:00, coefficient 3).
- For SMPM: Mathematics (08:00–11:00, coefficient 3) and General Knowledge and Bilingualism (12:00–15:00, coefficient 3).
The final score also includes a school record mark (25%) based on age, academic performance, and time taken to obtain the Baccalaureate.
Application Requirements
Candidates must:
- Be no older than 29 years as of January 1, 2025.
- Submit a complete application file, including:
- An online application form, stamped at 1,500 CFA francs.
- A certified copy of the national ID card, birth certificate, and academic transcripts.
- A medical certificate issued within the last 3 months.
- A non-refundable examination fee of 20,000 CFA francs.
Applications must be submitted no later than September 25, 2025, at 3:30 PM.
Conditions for Foreign Candidates
Holders of foreign diplomas must provide an equivalence certificate or a receipt of equivalence application issued by the Ministry of Higher Education.
