Eligibility Criteria

Application Requirements
Candidates must submit a complete application file including:
- An application form available on the MINESUP website or at ESSEC.
- A certified copy of the birth certificate (less than 3 months old).
- Transcripts of the Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- A certified copy of the diploma or a certificate of success.
- A medical certificate attesting fitness for higher education.
- A criminal record extract (Bulletin No. 3) less than 3 months old.
- A receipt for the examination fee payment (20,000 CFA francs).
- A stamped envelope and four passport-sized photos.
Examination Structure
The examination consists of:
- Three written tests accounting for 70% of the final score.
- An academic record score based on age, duration of degree completion, and transcripts, accounting for 30%.

Schedule and Submission Locations
Applications must be submitted no later than September 5, 2025, at 3:30 PM, at regional delegations of secondary education or at the ESSEC office. The written tests will take place on September 13, 2025, in the following centers: Docala, Garoua, Maroua, Ngaoundéré, and Yaoundé.

Final Provisions
