The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MINADER) of Cameroon is pleased to announce the competitive entrance examination for the first year of the Senior Rural Engineering Technicians (TSGR) program for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Examination Overview
This two-year professional training program leads to a state-recognized diploma in two specialized fields:
- Water Management (GE)
- Rural Construction (CR)

The program will be offered at four prestigious institutions:
- EFSEAR - School for Training Specialists in Rural Equipment and Development (Kumba)
- ETA - Technical School of Agriculture (Garoua)
- CIEPO - International Center for Polytechnic Studies (Obala)
- ISYD - Yerima Dewa Higher Institute (Garoua)

- Offered at: EFSEAR and CIEPO
Eligibility Requirements
Open to external candidates holding:
- A scientific/technical Baccalaureate (series C, D, E, F, T)
- Or an equivalent recognized diploma
Special cases:
- Candidates awaiting 2025 Baccalaureate results (provisional admission)
- International candidates and sponsored applicants (admission by file review)
