1. Examination Overview
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MINADER) announces the competitive entrance examination for the 1st year of the Senior Agricultural Technicians (TSA) cycle for the 2025-2026 academic year. The examination will take place on September 20, 2025, across multiple institutions nationwide.
2. Participating Institutions
Over 25 schools and institutes are involved, including:
- Regional Agricultural Colleges (CRA) in Bambili, Ebolowa, and Maroua
- Technical Agricultural Schools (ETA) in Abong-Mbang, Bafang, Dibombari, etc.
- Higher Institutes (ISSAEER, ISTAO, ISYD, ISSTAD, etc.)

4. Eligibility Criteria
For External Candidates:
- Hold a Baccalaureate or equivalent diploma
- Minimum age: 17 years
- Foreign candidates: Admission based on file review (35,000 FCFA fee)
For Internal Candidates (MINADER Staff):
- Agricultural Technician Diploma
- Minimum seniority: 5 years
Note: Candidates awaiting 2025 Baccalaureate results may apply, subject to diploma acquisition.
5. Registration Process
Required Documents (Deadline: September 13, 2025):
- Stamped application (1,500 FCFA)
- Certified copy of Baccalaureate
- Medical certificate (<3 months old)
- 2 passport-sized photos (4x4)
- Proof of payment:
- 20,000 FCFA (external candidates)
- 30,000 FCFA (internal candidates)
